The renovation of a long vacant 3) story and Cellar 3-family house, owned by the Non-Profit, into 2) 5-bed Individualized Residential Alternatives, 1) 2-bed Supportive Apartment and a Day-Hab without walls Office

First Floor    5) single-bed bedrooms, 2) baths, Living, Kitchen / Dining; Day-Hab Office

Second Floor    5) single-bed bedrooms, 2) baths, Living, Kitchen / Dining

Third Floor    1) two-bed bedroom, 1) bath, Living, Kitchen / Dining

THE VALUE ADDED

Efficient layouts provided individual bedrooms for each of the IRA residents

Constructing new interior stairs, in a new location, created safe access and exiting from each of the floors

Renovation of the now accessible Third Floor maximized the use and return of the building

Cellar Maintenance Office provided maintenance efficiency for other Non-Profit facilities in the area
