NON-PROFIT GALLERY

James Baer opened his office, in 1999, by working with Non-Profits providing services for children and adults with developmental disabilities. Over the years he has worked on OPWDD certified Day Habilitation Sites, Individualized Residential Alternatives (IRA) and Supportive Apartments. The IRA’s have included studio apartments, multi-bedroom apartments, houses and buildings housing multiple IRA’s. Some of these sites, both day habilitation and residential, have also required accommodations for those with physical disabilities; requiring ramps, lifts, and accessible bathrooms.
