We specialize in residential and mixed use buildings in NYC and the surrounding areas.

HOW IS DOYLE AND BAER ARCHITECTS DIFFERENT FROM OTHER FIRMS?

Since we are a small local Architecture firm, we can pay special attention and add a personal face to face aspect for a project in a way a large firm cannot. We have over 75 combined years of architectural design experience.

WHAT DO WE DO?

We are a small local architectural collaboration that specializes in residential and mixed use design. We design everything from interior layouts to entire buildings and we work with contractors to see these designs through fruition.

WHAT AREAS DOES DOYLE AND BAER ARCHITECTS WORK IN?

We are licensed to work anywhere in New York State. We have completed projects in the Five Boroughs and in Long Island and Troy New York.

DO I NEED TO HIRE MY OWN CONTRACTOR?

Clients will typically hire their own preferred contractors, but we can also recommend contractors that we have worked with in the past.
