FLOOD ZONES

Due to one of the Principal’s efforts to rebuild his future residence after Superstorm Sandy, the office has become well versed in the complexities of designing within the flood zone in NYC. 
We have successfully lifted one client’s building above the flood elevation and we are currently working on a complete new build of the principal’s residence with living levels well above the base flood elevation. We are also working on a second story addition across the street enlarging another one story home.
