FOUND SPACE

New Yorkers have inherently been in the forefront of the “small space” movement and have always been looking for ways to enlarge and improve their living conditions.

We have successfully converted “storage” cellar and basements into inviting living spaces and unused
rooftops into outside recreation decks. Among these are the Prospect Park West and Bedford Avenue projects.

The Prospect Park West project connected an unused basement to the first floor with a new internal stair.
This basement provided a Master Bedroom Suite, an additional ensuite bedroom and effectively double
the square footage of the apartment. Large rooftop decks with city and park views were created for two of the units.

The Bedford Avenue development converted an un-finished, unused basement into a separate 2) bedroom apartment; increasing both the livable space and the value of the building.
