Designing homes and new houses is unique in New York City and is an honor we have had several times.

Reeve Place is a new home for a young family, 11th street is a renovated home for empty-nesters, and 4th street is a brownstone renovation for a married couple.

While Washington Avenue is not a “home” in the traditional sense, it does provide new and unique, duplex apartments for several renters.
