New York is a city consisting predominantly of existing buildings; many of which need to be renewed and modernized.

We work with the architecture of the building and the tastes of the client in order to maintain the character
of the old while celebrating the needs of the new.

We often work with clients to utilize the “unused” spaces in their building. Many of our projects include
transforming cellars and basements into additional living space and transforming roofs into recreation decks.
