CONDOMINIUMS

With the increase in the desirability of Brooklyn as a place, separate and in competition with Manhattan, where people chose to live; there has been an increase in condominium development and conversions.
We have been involved in multiple projects; Marcus Garvey Boulevard, 8th Avenue, Sterling Place and Prospect Park West to name a few, that converted rental buildings into for-sale condominiums. In co-ordination with the Condominium Lawyer; our work included the Architect’s report and Unit Plans that are incorporated into the offering plan, and the Tax Map filing with the New York City Department of Finance that establishes the unit square footages and tax lot numbers.
