LANDMARKS

Many of our projects have been in the areas of Brooklyn that grew rapidly during the latter part of the 1800’s;

some of them having been designated New York City Landmark Districts 
Subsequently we have navigated the Landmark review process at both the staff and commission levels for projects

that include interior renovations, roof decks, roof additions, and rear yard additions.
